Before we really got rolling as a fully functioning team of CiviCRM developers, we worked on a wide range of custom WordPress websites. For more recent examples of our website development work, check out Our Portfolio, where we spotlight non-profit organizations using WordPress & CiviCRM to manage their website content and constituent activities, all from a single dashboard.
WordPress Website Projects from 2012 and earlier:
- The PPCT http://theppct.com A website intended for collecting and managing registration information for standardized competency tests administered by the client. We developed a web interface and automation processes to generate invoices, mailing labels and result reports.
- Young Nonprofit Professionals Network http://ynpn.org/ We were asked to provide YNPN chapter board members with simple-to-use tools to conduct outreach and facilitate interactivity with its 30,000 members. This website was transformed from an operationally complicated site to one with a more user-friendly layout, built on WordPress Multisite to provide each chapter with their own website. The site includes a private support channel that allows chapters to request help from within their WordPress admin area. Tadpole’s work saves YNPN more than 50% of their time each month, and anyone with editing access to the website can manage tasks, as opposed to restricting access to a single webmaster with special technical expertise.
