When you hire a digital agency, you want to be sure that your data is secure in their hands. In order to provide effective service, a vendor must have access to sensitive, critical information such as administration credentials for your website back end, your hosting account, and your production servers. It’s likely that you’ll need to share private documents detailing your online business processes. It is understandable that you want to protect yourself in this situation.
At Tadpole, we understand that your data is confidential. Our Terms of Service document makes this clear, but to cover the basics:
- We will never share your data outside of our organization
- We practice secure transfer and storage protocols for sensitive data like passwords and keys
We prefer that client communications and transfer of documents and data happen through our systems, such as Gitlab and WHMCS (ticketing systems), which are run securely on our own private servers. But we will always treat your information confidentially at all times.
